Cohiva Campus supports RTOs delivering apprenticeships and traineeships. It tracks training plans, on and off the job activity and outcomes for apprentices and trainees in one student record, and reports that activity through the standard AVETMISS NAT files.
Built for apprenticeship delivery
Apprenticeships and traineeships have a delivery model of their own: a training plan agreed between the apprentice, employer and RTO, training that happens both on and off the job, and outcomes recorded as the apprentice progresses. Cohiva Campus keeps that lifecycle in one student record.
Training plans and activity
Campus tracks the training plan and the on and off the job activity against the apprentice's record, so the units being delivered, the workplace component and the progress through the plan all sit together rather than across separate tools.
Outcomes and reporting
As units are completed, their outcomes are recorded against the apprentice and flow through to the NAT00120 training activity file. Campus reports apprenticeship activity through the same standard AVETMISS NAT files as the rest of your delivery, which helps you comply with your reporting obligations.
One record across the lifecycle
Because enrolment, learning, assessment, outcomes and finance share one record, the data that runs your apprenticeship program is the data that feeds your reporting, with no separate reconciliation step.
